AJYELN Singapore’s Online Christmas Competition Series Draws over 136 Online Participants

Activities implemented  

3.1 Festive Draw  

The first post of the Christmas Series aimed to increase engagement with online followers and drive traffic to our Instagram page. We hoped to encourage followers to be more active and interact with our uploads.    

3.2 Pop-Up Day 1  
The second post highlighted our Pop-Up booth from 21-23 December 2024. We aimed to draw attention to our booth and encourage youths and followers to visit and participate in the activities.  

3.3 Pop-Up Day 2 and Mindful Packaging Choices  

The third post featured our team at the Haji Lane Pop-Up booth and encouraged followers to be mindful of their packaging choices to reduce plastic waste during the festive season.    

3.4 Pop-Up Day 3 and Eco-Friendly Gift Choices:  

The next post showcased our Pop-Up on its final day and encouraged followers to choose environmentally friendly gifts.    

3.5 Project Visualised X SG Beach Warriors Beach Clean-Up  

This post promoted the upcoming beach clean-up, aiming to excite participants and raise awareness of beach clean-ups that youths can join with family and friends.    

3.6 Project Visualised Art Competition  

The final post highlighted the Project Visualised Art Competition, encouraging youths to become active advocates for marine plastic pollution and concluding the season.

Evaluation  

The posts were better received by followers compared to our previous posts. We believe this success was due to the close timing of the events and the festive theme.
