The ASEAN-Japan Centre organized online cooking events to introduce noodle dishes of the ASEAN Member States. The event was organized to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the ASEAN-Japan Friendship and Cooperation.
The livestream event was held twice focusing on “Borneo” and “Mekong” areas respectively, and Ms. Yuriko Aoki, a Regional Cuisine Specialist, demonstrated how to prepare and cook the dishes.
