ASEAN Class at School in June 2022

The ASEAN-Japan Centre conducted a school-visit to the following school. This project aims to deepen understanding of school students on the ASEAN Member States. Classes were organized in Japanese language by ASEAN nationals living in Japan to introduce their own countries.

Content
1st & 2nd grades…Know the life in AMS (Traditional costume, Food, Children’s play, Building) 
3rd grade…Difference of school life (Transportation to school, School subjects, Lunch, Break time) 
4th grade…Occupations (Variety of jobs, Similarities and differences with the occupations in Japan) 
5th grade…Global warming issue on natural lives and agriculture  
6th grade…Marine plastic waste issue
