The ASEAN-Japan Centre, in collaboration with the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in Japan, is hosting the “Cambodia Food Seminar: Exploring Khmer Culture and Trade Opportunities.” This event will delve into Cambodia’s rich culinary culture and the potential for agricultural trade.
This seminar will introduce Japanese companies to the trade and investment opportunities in Cambodian food, beverages, and agricultural products. With the rising trend toward health-consciousness, we will provide the latest information on popular products in Japan, such as pepper, coconut sugar, and cashew nuts.
Additionally, Chef Sothea Seng, a renowned chef from Siem Reap, will demonstrate how to use Cambodian ingredients like Kampot pepper and cashew nuts in cooking.
We invite you to take advantage of this seminar as an opportunity to explore business opportunities related to Cambodia.
