The ASEAN-Japan Centre will organize an online program “Possibilities of Non-personal Interpretation Services at Tourist Sites -Storytelling in the digital age-”. This program will review the shifts in tourism that occurred during the pandemic and how they are likely to integrate with traditional form of services. Focusing on those crucial changes, the need for contact-less services and digitalization, the program will provide ways to navigate the shift upon the return of travels in near future.
